Telecommunication giant, MTN in a bid to bring quality services to the doorsteps of its numerous customers has established a branch office in Esiama in the Western Region of Ghana to serve the catchment communities in the area.
The office would among other things provide customers with the needed services and help create employment opportunities for many young people who wish to partner MTN in diverse ways.
Customers in the beneficiary communities who hither to had to travel to Elubo or Takoradi for MTN services can now heave a sigh of relief, as they now have access to a hustle free MTN services.
Speaking on behalf of MTN’s Senior Regional Manager for South West, the South West Communications Manager for MTN, Kennedy Ofosuhene maintained that the customers in Esiama and surrounding communities would now get easy access to the company’s products and services.
He stated that the establishment of the office was in response to the request from the chief and people of Esiama and that MTN would continue to satisfy the needs of their customers.
The inauguration of the new Office coincided with a public forum, where officials of MTN used the occasion to sensitize participants on the company’s operations and the need to take advantage of the numerous platforms of MTN to make life easier.
Acting Mobile Money Implementations Manager, Agyenim Boateng spoke on the three golden rules in protecting one’s wallet and other products on the MTN MoMo platform.
He reminded customers of the activities of momo fraudsters and urged them to be on the lookout and protect their wallets.
Rev Alfred Godbless Armoo on behalf of the chief of the area, Nana Ainoo kwagyan III endorsed the MTN brand and thanked the Company for the kind gesture.
