28 detained patients in Assin Fosu thank NDC candidate for settling their medical bills

A businessman who doubles as the 2020 Parliamentary Candidate for the NDC in Assin Central Constituency, Mr. Nurein Shaibu Migyimah, has set out to promote improved sanitation practices and access to quality healthcare delivery within the area.
The move forms part of effort to enhance development in the area.
He has thus settled over Gh¢24,000 outstanding medical bills of 28 needy patients who celebrated Christmas and the New Year while on admission at the St. Francis Xavier Hospital in Assin Fosu.
Some of the beneficiary patients who were on admission for weeks and had their bills ranging from Gh¢1,500 to Gh¢8,000 paid by the 2020 parliamentary candidate for NDC thanked him for the kind gesture.
The supporting group of the Assin Central 2020 NDC parliamentary candidate, christened, Friends of Migyimah, earlier, embarked on a clean-up exercise on the premises of St. Francis Xavier Hospital as part of the Candidate’s drive to improve sanitation and development in the area.
