One person has died from last Thursday’s road crash involving the Ho Diocesan Catholic Women Association delegates who were on their way to Saltpond in the Central Region.
The victim died on Saturday, August 31, 2024 after spending three days in hospital.
While some of the victims have been discharged from hospital, others are still in hospital receiving treatment, reports the Catholic Trends.
The accident happened on Thursday, August 29, 2024, when the vehicle carrying the 15-member delegates crashed around Kpong on the Akosombo-Accra highway.
The vehicle reportedly experienced a tyre burst resulting in the accident.
