Sampa: Policeman killed in rival clash as masked gunmen storm Sampa

Gunmen wearing masks reportedly stormed Sampa in the Bono Region on Sunday afternoon, opening fire in parts of the township during a violent clash between rival groups.
A policeman was hit and reportedly died on Sunday.
Others sustained injuries.
The security officers however called for reinforcement.
A medical officer in an audio shared on Whatsapp said a mass casualty had been recorded and called on health workers who were on standby to move to the hospital to assist.
