The Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Justice Gertrude Sackey Torkornoo has declared Monday 18th to Friday 22nd March, 2024 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Week.
It would be held under the theme: “Building the Pillars of Justice through Alternative Dispute Resolution”.
The rational for the week is to afford the Judicial Service the opportunity to sensitize the public on the presence of ADR with the court system and its importance for especially the poor and the vulnerable.
